Delivery Terms

We process orders for Our Bloom Boxes daily and you have a choice of choosing the delivery on either tuesday or thursday, every week.

If you choose our flower subscription option, the day you select at checkout will schedule all future deliveries on that same day. However, you can always update your preferred delivery day and time window in your Subscription Management Menu at any time.

One-Time Order Delivery: 10€

Subscription Delivery: FREE

Payment Options

On our website we accept payments made using a credit card or for an express checkout you are welcome to use Apple or Google pay.

You are also welcome to pay via an IBAN transfer to our account.

If you wish to pay in cash you are welcome to do so upon delivery of your flowers.

Additionally, for our Ukrainian customers, we are glad to offer an option of transferring the payment to our Ukrainian bank card.

How Can I Manage My Subscription

You can easily manage your subscription by navigating to the Subscription Management Menu. Here, you can:

  • Pause or Resume your subscription.
  • Change your delivery schedule (day or time window).
  • Update your delivery address or payment information.
  • Cancel your subscription if needed.

Cancellation Policy

  • How do I cancel my subscription?
    You can cancel your weekly Bloom Box delivery at any time after having fulfilled the 3 order minimum commitment. This is done by logging into your Subscription Management menu. Just make sure to cancel at least 48 hours before your next delivery to avoid being charged.
  • Will I get a refund if I cancel?
    If you cancel within the 48-hour window, you won’t be charged for the upcoming delivery. Cancellations after the cutoff will still be charged, and you’ll receive your final Bloom Box.
  • Can I reactivate my subscription?
    Yes, you can reactivate your subscription anytime through your Subscription Management menu.
