Shipping policy

Bloom Box:

We process orders for our Bloom Boxes daily, allowing you to select delivery on either Tuesday or Thursday each week.

If you choose our flower subscription, the day you select at checkout will schedule all future deliveries on that same day by default. However, you can easily change your preferred delivery day and time window in the Subscription Management Menu after completing your order and subscribing to weekly deliveries.

Whether you’re placing a one-time order or enjoying a weekly subscription, we offer two convenient delivery windows: 9:00 AM to 12:00 PM or 12:00 PM to 6:00 PM.

Subscription Delivery: FREE

One-Time Order Delivery: 10€

 

Flowers Your Way and other Flowers Sets:

We process orders for Flowers Your Way every day and typically schedule deliveries for the day after an order is placed, or any other date of your choice. This is done to ensure freshness and careful preparation of your flower sets. 

However, we understand that sometimes special occasions can't wait, which is why we offer a same-day delivery service for orders placed before 12:00 PM on the day of the order. Deliveries for such orders are made after 18:00, depending on the client's location.

If you want your order to be delivered on the same day, please make sure to select Same-Day Delivery option at checkout in order to confirm the delivery.

Standard delivery: 10€

Same-day delivery: 15€
