Where do you deliver and how much does it cost?

We deliver across Vienna and nearby areas. Delivery fee (per attempt):

• up to 15 km — €15 · 15–20 km — €20 · 20–25 km — €25 · >25 km — on request.

When will my order arrive?

We’ll assign a delivery slot of 09:00–12:00 or 12:00–18:00 when you place your order. We’ll then contact you with a more specific time.

Can I collect my order myself?

Yes—self pick-up is available, but only during time slots specified by us.

What payment methods do you accept?

• On our website: credit/debit card, Apple Pay, Google Pay
  

For Personalised orders:

• IBAN bank transfer
  
• Cash on delivery

• Trim stems 1–2 cm at an angle; use a clean vase with fresh, cool water.
  
• Keep away from direct sun, heat and drafts; avoid fruit (ethylene gas).
  
• Change water and re-trim stems every 1–2 days; remove wilted blooms/leaves.
  
• For foam arrangements, keep the foam moist.
